5. No Cancellation & No Refund Policy
Once a service has been booked or a project initiated:
Cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances.
Payments are non-refundable, including in the case of project delays due to client-side delays or change of mind.
We urge all clients to thoroughly understand their requirements and clarify any doubts before confirming a project or making payments.
6. Third-Party Tools & Platform Usage
Some services may involve third-party platforms (such as Google, Meta, or WhatsApp). While we assist in setup and management, we are not liable for technical failures, policy changes, or service disruptions on third-party platforms.
7. Limitation of Liability
One Touch Ideas shall not be held responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services. All services are provided “as-is” without any warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services to any client found to be in violation of these Terms, engaged in unethical practices, or exhibiting abusive behaviour.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
